Our three apartments are available for weekly rentals as well. Not just a B&B or a hotel room, our apartments are like a home away from home. Each has its own entrance and is beautifully furnished with a full kitchen and bath, and offers room to spread out in. And spending time in the historic center of our beautiful town — with the piazza bar, a museum, and wonderful restaurants steps away — is the best part. When available, Continental or American breakfasts are an additional 10 euro per person.

Whether it’s a wedding celebration, that special birthday, or a much-deserved week away with friends or family, A Week in Umbria will help you explore Umbria and treat you to a relaxing time in Palazzo LaPlaca style.

The newly restored 17th-century palazzo offers accommodations for up to 10 guests. Private two-bedroom suites, which include a living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with marble counters, two bedrooms and a shared bath, sleep four each. A single-bedroom suite, similarly appointed, has a spiral staircase leading to a sleeping loft for two. Accommodations at Palazzo LaPlaca are for 7 nights, arriving Saturday after 2:30pm and departing the following Saturday by 10:30pm. Special arrangements can be accommodated if the schedule permits.

Pricing will vary depending on fees associated with activities selected. Lunches are on one’s own unless otherwise arranged. Larger groups of up to 20 can be arranged with additional accommodations at Bettona’s Realis Hotel, at a local B&B or Agriturismo. Airport service or rental cars can be arranged; use of laundry machines is available; Aero beds are available for children if desired; small pets, with approval, additional fee, and security deposit, are allowed.

Palazzo Fiumi-LaPlaca can also be rented on a weekly basis. For weekly rentals, when available, Continental or American breakfast is an additional 10 euro per person.
